The campaign is building momentum! This week we met with voters and community leaders to hear their needs and find ways to work together efficiently. We knocked on doors and had engaging conversations about issues that matter to us all. At the North Fulton Democrats meeting and the Grand opening of the Coordinated Campaign office in Roswell, Teresa heard from voters, other candidates and seasoned legislators about their experience, plans and issues. Trailblazers: This Week's Progress Report
We knocked 65 doors and had 10 meaningful conversations on the doorsteps of voters this week. Teresa connected with voters over the phone and left loads of messages. Perhaps you got one?
Teresa connected with residents at The Orchards and arranged meetings with the Mayors of Roswell, Alpharetta and Milton.
We received a new shipment of Tshirts and campaign buttons. To get yours, check the website for details.
The First Ask, an organization that supports Democratic women running in State Legislative races, endorsed Teresa! We’re thrilled to have their support.
Ways to Get Involved This Week
If you're interested in writing postcards, dropping literature, hosting a meet and greet with community members, or making phone calls, just let us know and we'll get you started. Everything helps.
Postcards – we will begin writing and banking postcards in July. If you are ready to write, please reach out to Jessica.
Canvassing – every Sunday at 1:00 pm meet at the Alpharetta branch library. No experience needed, we provide training and materials. Not up for door conversations? We always need people to drop literature or drive for canvassers.
Hosting – we need hosts for Meet & Greets, fundraisers, and postcard parties. You bring the venue and guest list, we'll handle the rest.
Social Media Team – help amplify our updates online and keep an eye on the opposition.
Bring a Friend – invite the people in your life to join Team Lin as we build toward November.
